Just like anything new, it's going to take a little bit of time to learn how to use it the best way. We want to make sure you can use this awesome tool without pulling your hair out.

So, grab your favorite snack, and spend some time exploring the important tips we've put together for you.

It'll help you start off on the right foot and have lots of fun using your new software!

PLEASE NOTE: If you bought an Onboarding Package....

If you purchased an Onboarding Package, please note that some of the tasks outlined in our Quick Start guides and Knowledge Base may be completed for you. This ensures a smoother and more efficient setup process, allowing you to focus on utilizing our platform to its full potential right from the start.

Step 1: Logging into your account

You might find this obvious, but logging into your account is truly the first step to getting acquainted with your new best marketing tool.  You can’t win if you don’t play…right?

Here’s the steps:

  1. Go to your email
  2. Look for an email that says “Activate Your Account | enVisionCloud”
  3. There you will find your account details and a link to login.
  4. Create a password (be sure it is a strong one!), and from there you are logged in.

**The direct login link is https://app.envisioncloud.com/ after you have logged in for the first time.

Step 2: Your Password Settings

Passwords, the bane of our digital existence—like that pebble in your shoe that you can't seem to get rid of. Annoying? Absolutely. Necessary? Yup.

To get started with your new account, here’s what you need to know about setting up your password and ensuring your account's security:

  • First-Time Login: You'll need to create your own password. Make it strong and unique!
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): For added security, we ask you to set up 2FA.
    • You can choose to receive your verification code via email or text message to your phone.
  • Forgot Your Password? No worries. You can easily reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" option.  Check your SPAM folder if you don’t see the reset email.
  • Write It Down: It's a good idea to write down your password and keep it in a safe place, just in case you forget.

Remember, these steps are all about keeping your account safe and secure. Welcome aboard!

Alright, you've successfully logged into your account and are in the midst of setup and customization, and you've got some questions like "How do I make this thingamajig work?" or "Where do I find that whatchamacallit?"

In-Dashboard Help: While you're busy tinkering and tweaking inside your account, keep an eye out for this little help button (it's a tiny icon hanging out in the lower right corner). Give it a click, and poof! It opens up a chest full of guides, tutorials, and videos. It's like having a genie in a bottle, but instead of three wishes, you get endless tips!

Knowledge Base: Think of this as your big book of secrets. It's filled with videos that show you how to do all sorts of magic tricks with your account. Need to know how to set something up? The Knowledge Base is like your wise old wizard ready to spill the beans.  Click Here

Support Ticket: Sometimes, even with all the maps and genies, you might find yourself scratching your head. If the Knowledge Base and the In-Dashboard Help genie can't solve the riddle, it's time to send up a flare!

Just head to the Support Page where you can submit a support ticket and find some other valuable information.You can also find links to Support in the Resources section in the Knowledge Base or the Quick Start guide, and look for the “Support" button. We’ll respond with a friendly helping hand as soon as possible.
